Adam Levine reveals how Blake Shelton made him spend $5000
The singer has been close to his co judge Blake Shelton for years
Adam Levine and Blake Shelton have been star judges on The Voice for multiple seasons where their friendship grew stronger.
The two singers are also known for being pranksters as they have often gotten each other in trouble in the past.
Talking on The Hot Ones, Adam revealed how a prank pulled by Blake costed him $5000.
The singer said that Blake convinced him to spend thousands on a special gift for his then-girlfriend Behati Prinsloo.
“My now-wife, then-brand-new girlfriend, said she really wanted a teacup pig”, he recalled.
“So I asked Blake. I’m like, ‘What’s a teacup pig?’”, he continued, “He’s like, ‘I’ll get you a teacup pig. Yeah, give me five grand.'”.
Blake got them a pig which eventually the couple had to give away.
“Please don’t get a pig”, Adam advised the viewers.
However the singer revealed to the 46-year-old that there is no such thing as a teacup pig.
