Several celebrities took to social media to speak up about the deadly floods that occurred in Texas, including singer Lana Del Rey.
Since Friday, July 4, the death toll has gone up to 94 people, according to official authorities.
Maren Morris took to her Instagram to write, "thinking of my home state right now. the floods are devastating and people are still missing. there are several places to donate but i’ll be donating to an incredibly impactful fund called the Texas Hill Country Community Foundation. they’ve set up a specific fund to support local efforts (nonprofits, local government, first responders and local shelters)."
Del Rey expressed her sorrow as well, saying, "I want to say how sorry I am for so many people's losses in Kerr County and beyond in Texas. We've been thinking of you every day since the floods. All of my prayers are with you every moment of the day this week and may all the angels be with you as you search for even more lost loved ones."
She added, "I'm so sorry for everyone who's going through this. It's truly unprecedented and I can't even imagine it. All my love.”
