British singer Charli XCX perfrmed at the 2025 Glastonbury festival after the global success of her 2024 album brat.
The anger had a headliner slot at the festival, which went on from June 25 to June 29.
The brat singer drew a large crowd at The Other Stage last Saturday night and eventually the stage had to be closed.
According to Daily Mail, the singer was paid £900,000 to perform.
The performance by the singer was however marred with criticism of autotune.
The source also revealed that Charli is one of the very few singers who has profited form the festival while others barely make any money.
An attendee of her performance wrote online “This Glastonbury set by Charli XCX is one of the worst things I've ever seen in my life.”
Meanwhile Rod Stewart, who was also a headline act, revealed he was losing money as he was paid paid £120,000 and spent £300,000 to put on his show.
