Ever since Pusha T revealed that Kendrick Lamar would appear on his upcoming album, fans were naturally excited.

The buzz reached another level when King Push, who has a long history with K.Dot’s rival, Drizzy, made a surprise appearance on the Grand National Tour at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts.

However, the New Yorker recently revealed that Universal Music Group (UMG) attempted to remove the Compton native’s verse from his new project due to Lamar's feud with Drake.

After releasing the Travis Scott diss track So Be It, Pusha gave an interview to GQ Magazine, where he revealed that his new album would be released by Jay-Z’s Roc Nation because of the disagreement.

There is still some time before the release but on Monday, an alleged Lamar snippet from the new album started circulating online.

AllHipHop reports that the original leaker quickly deleted the verse after posting it, but the cat was already out of the bag.

The snippet is believed to have been played during a music event in Paris, when one of the fans recorded it and shared it on the internet.

What is the name of Pusha T’s new album?

Pusha T has reunited with Clipse partner and brother Malice to produce their new studio album, Let God Sort Em Out.

The project is produced by Pharrell Williams and is set to come out on 11 July with appearances by Kendrick Lamar, Nas and John Legend.
