Simone Biles, Olympic gold medalist has officially said goodbye to social media after the ongoing dispute with anti-trans Riley.

The American gymnast has sparked debate with Riley previously on social media. Biles is quite vocal about transgender inclusivity in sports.

The 28- years old Biles has publicly apologized after unrelenting backlash from each other.

Biles deletes her account on X, with nearly 1.9 M followers. It is not confirmed whether she will recover her official handle.

The political activist Riley has expressed her views in the wake of the ongoing anti-transgender dispute on X.

“This is an incredibly unpopular and morally indefensible take, and it gets rightfully ridiculed for it. Issues a groveling public apology after unrelenting backlash. Delete account to pretend it never happened”. She added.

According to TMZ Sports, Gaines, 25, is open to work with Simone and, when asked she replied, “Absolutely.”

Former swimmer, Riley, continued to criticize her, but Biles hasn’t addressed anything after making an apology. The prime concern arises regarding the discontinuation of social media accounts.

Biles has not officially addressed any updates regarding account deletion for her fans.
