Meghan Markle is facing backlash after posting a Father's Day video of Prince Harry with their children, Archie and Lilibet, on Instagram.
Royal commentator Ingrid Seward has called out the Duchess of Sussex for what she describes as “blatant hypocrisy.”
In an interview shared on YouTube, the Majesty magazine editor said: “They begged for privacy, and now suddenly Meghan is flooding the marketplace with photographs of their children.”
Seward did acknowledge the video was “charming,” but questioned the couple’s motives, suggesting their online activity is driven by profit.
“Everything they do online is aimed at them being able to make more money otherwise why on earth would they do it?” she added, implying the post was less about celebration and more about strategy.
Seward also hinted that Prince Harry may not be fully on board with the public exposure, saying he could be “uncomfortable” with the growing online presence, possibly driven by Meghan.
The video, which showed tender moments between Harry and his kids, was praised by fans but has reignited the debate over the Sussexes' complex relationship with media and privacy.
