Sam Thompson, Louis Tomlinson’s highly anticipated encounter hit with massive blow

Sam Thompson and Louis Tomlinson’a encounter had all eyes on them given their entangled love life with Zara McDermott, however the meet up has been hit with a blow.

The Made in Chelsea star recently shared on his social media that he has been recovering from a calf injury that was speculated to to hold him back from the big match.

Sam and One Direction star Louis were supposed to play for the same team at the Socceraid charity match on Sunday, June 15, but that has been cancelled because of Sam’s injury.

“Sam is gutted he can't play, but the match has just come too soon since his efforts. He's still going to be a presence and play a big part in the coverage but he won't be able to compete on the field”, The Sun reported, confirming that Sam will not play.

Fans were expecting that Louis will come face-to-face with his girlfriend, Zara’s ex partner, Sam.

The duo met at the training camp earlier but Sam will join Louis in the ground now.
