Oliver Tree Nickell’s past remarks about his fortune have gone viral again following reports of his death at 32, sparking renewed debate over his unusual views on inheritance.
In an earlier appearance on The Zach Sang Show, the Alien Boy artist spoke about his estate and inheritance plans, remarks that are now resurfacing as fans revisit his views on wealth and legacy.
“So when I die — I’ve set it up — my will is set up that when I pass, my family, no one’s going to get a penny,” he said during the show.
He also claimed at the time that even if he had a wife and children, there would be no “silver spoon” inheritance waiting for them.
He added, “If I have a wife or kids or anything, [they’re] not getting a f****** penny. I’ll get my kids through college. That’s the agreement. But there’s not going to be a silver spoon. They’re taken care of because my dad worked on some stuff in the 2000s."
He further noted, “The idea is, when I die, all the money is going to go back to artists.”
For the unversed, on June 14, 2026, the internet personality died in Brazil after two helicopters collided mid air, killing six people in total.
