Chris Brown recently opened up about his unusual habit that helps him stay calm amid overwhelming fame and controversies.
On Monday, the R&B singer beat the likes of Usher and Bruno Mars to win the Best Male Pop Artist award at 2025 BET Awards.
On Wednesday, Brown posted a couple of photos of himself wandering in Amsterdam at night with the caption, “I like to sneak out by myself when I’m in different cities.”
The singer shared that walking alone at night helps him feel “human and normal” which is important to his mental well being.
He acknowledged that lack of everyday activities can be detrimental to mental health and it is vital to remain “humble.”
The self-reflection comes after Brown recently added 21 new RIAA certifications to his name, marking a significant milestone two decades after achieving his first Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 hit.
On June 6, the artist received multi-platinum plaques for several singles, including Loyal and Forever (8x platinum), Kiss Kiss and Go Crazy (6x platinum), and New Flame and Deuces (4x platinum).
Other certified tracks include Back to Sleep, Don’t Wake Me Up, and Grass Ain’t Greener.
Chris Brown has begun his Breezy Bowl XX stadium tour, beginning in Amsterdam on 9 June, with U.S. dates starting on 30 July in Miami.
The 36-year-old’s tour plans were nearly derailed after a May arrest in the UK over a 2023 nightclub incident but he was later released on a $6.7 million bail package.
