British pop star Charli XCX has revealed what she wants to do in her acting career after stating previously that wants to pursue acting after having a successful music year.
After the success of her 2024 album brat, Charli wants to step her foot in acting and try interesting genres, including horror.
The Von Dutch singer wants to do a new kind of horror movie with this generation’s “It girls”.
In a recent TikTok filmed in Sicily, the singer shared her idea of the next Final Destination movie and even pitched herself for one of the cast members.
“Shouldn’t there be a version with It Girls?”, the singer suggested.
Charli shared her dream cast for the movie as well that include Rachel Sennott, Gabbriette, Alex Consani, Quenlin Blackwell, Romy Mars, Devon Lee Carlson.
The musician specially mentioned Jenna Ortega with her horror movie portfolio including Wednesday, Scream and Beetlejuice Beetlejuice.
As for the ideal filmmaker who would direct the movie, Charli suggested Robert Rodriguez, Ti West or “go wild and get someone like David Fincher”.
The plot, according to the singer is “ super bloody”.
“Everyone gets completely massacred. Super bloody. That’s it,”.
