Cassie reveals what happened after Diddy ‘assaulted’ her in hotel

Diddy’s trial is going on with many revelations about the case coming to light, including the details of his alleged violence.

The center figure of Diddy’s case has become his former partner, Cassie Ventura, who has testified in court for two consecutive days.

The trial began on May 5 with jury selection and opening statements on May 12. Cassie testified in court on May 13 and 14.

In the case, an important evidence being considered is the video of Diddy assaulting then-partner Cassie in a hotel lobby in 2016.

Cassie revealed that after the assault took place Diddy texted her and begged her saying he was “getting arrested”.

The singer’s friend saw her with black and eye swollen lip when she returned to the apartment from the hotel which compelled her to call the police.

“In that moment, I didn't want to hurt him... I wasn't ready,”, Cassie admitted saying why she did not give the rapper’s name to the investigators.

Later, Diddy went to her apartment on the 17th floor and banged on her door but she did not let him in.

The R&B singer shared that she had visible bruises and marks of violence on her body tat she used “quite a bit of makeup” to cover it up.
