Sabrina Carpenter arrived at the 2025 Met Gala donning a characteristic Louis Vuitton bodysuit, noticeably one that was pantless.
The tuxedo style look was paired with "super-high shoes," which she described as being a "staple for me in my life."
About who brought the outfit to life, she declared, "This is Pharrell," referring to Louis Vuitton men's creative director.
"I'm such a massive fan of Pharrell's and have been to the show and I was just like, 'If I could go this year with him, that would be my dream.' And it came true," Carpenter explained, saying that it was the director’s idea for her to drop the pants.
"He was like, 'You're quite short so no pants for you.' So here we are. Here we are," the singer added.
She joked about how the outfit was causing certain technical difficulties, "Never been to the bathroom once because I've never been able to use it in my outfit. So tonight might be the night. We'll see... And I'm just gonna let everybody know what it looks like. I'm sure it's just a normal museum bathroom but I'm excited to find out."
