Sean "Diddy" Combs’ lawyers have come out to reveal the bizarre defense they will opt for in court, amid the disgraced rapper’s heinous sex trafficking charges.

The rap mogul, whose full name is Sean John "Love" Combs, has a stack of 63 lawsuits against him, but his lawyers say he was merely a “swinger.”

Diddy’s defense attorneys were present at a hearing in New York on Friday, and offered a glimpse into their strategy for the trial taking place on May 5.

Marc Agnifilo stated in court, “There’s a lifestyle, call it swingers or whatever you will, that he thought was appropriate because it was common.”

The lawyer went on to note that Diddy, 55, did not intend to commit crimes (racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution) when he arranged his “Freak Offs.”

The parties involved a mixture of male commercial escorts, who would exchange partners with the attendees, and an extensive supply of hard drugs.

Diddy’s lawyers also argued that the video of his ex, Cassie Ventura being physically abused by the Bad Boy Records owner should be excluded from the trial.

His defense stated that the video was "deceptive" as well as being sped up and out of context.

Notably, the prosecutors had stated that they had offered Diddy a plea deal which he rejected.

Was Diddy present at the hearing?

Yes, Diddy was present at his hearing on April 25. The I’ll Be Missing You singer smiled at multiple points during the proceedings, and could also be seen passing his lawyers notes.
