American rappers Jay-Z and Diddy’s accuser decides to take legal actions
Jay-Z and Diddy’s accuser, who claimed that she was raped at the age of 13, has decided to take legal action against the rappers.
The victim, who commenced a case against Jay-Z as Jane Doe, submitted new documents to dismiss the defamation lawsuit against her and her legal team filed by the music moguls.
According to TMZ, the woman alleges that the 55-year-old cannot sue her based on allegations that she made in privileged court documents that are protected by law and cannot be used in legal proceedings.
After the accuser dropped the rape suit, the Empire State Of Mind hitmaker fired back with a case against her and her attorney Tony Buzbee.
Previously, Tony tried to dismiss the complaint against him, insisting that the rapper had entered a deal with him.
The record producer, whose real name is Shawn Corey Carter, indicated in his lawsuit that the case was motivated by “evil conspiracy,” labelling her accusations as “completely fabricated” and “wildly horrific.”
According to Shawn, his legal representatives have directly contacted Jane, who “voluntarily admitted” that the contentions about the rapper were false and she was pressurised by her advisory team.
