Megan Fox is embracing her new role as a mom of four, but she’s made it clear that romance is no longer on the cards with her ex, Machine Gun Kelly (real name Colson Baker), despite the arrival of their baby girl.
A source close to the Jennifer's Body actor, 38, confirmed to PEOPLE that while Fox is committed to co-parenting with MGK, reconciliation is not in her plans.
“It feels magical to her that she now has a baby girl too,” the insider revealed. “She’s doing great and is over the moon about her baby girl.”
Despite welcoming their daughter earlier this week, Fox is reportedly ready to move forward independently.
“The last few months alone have been difficult for her,” the source added. “At this point, she plans on co-parenting with Colson, but that’s it. She won’t be getting back together with him.”
MGK, on Thursday, March 27, took to Instagram to share the exciting news that Fox had welcomed their daughter.
The Bloody Valentine singer posted a heartwarming video that showed him bonding with the newborn, giving fans a glimpse of his tender side as he embraced fatherhood once again.
Fox and MGK’s relationship had been on and off since they began dating in 2020. The couple got engaged in January 2022 but faced several bumps in their relationship along the way. Their split was confirmed earlier this year, with sources citing irreconcilable differences and a desire to focus on their respective careers and families.
Along with her new baby girl, Fox is also a devoted mom to three sons — Noah Shannon, 12, Bodhi Ransom, 11, and Journey River, eight — whom she shares with her ex-husband, Brian Austin Green.
