Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox’s baby is on the way, and the rapper has mixed feelings.
The Rap Devil singer described the upcoming birth of his second child as “bittersweet” in the wake of his dear friend Luke “The Dingo” Trembath.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, MGK, whose real name is Colson Baker, mourned the loss of the late Australian snowboarder who passed away on February 28.
Kelly’s caption on the March 7 post read, “Crazy… I didn’t even cry this hard when my dad died. I’ve lost a lot of friends, but I’ve never lost a brother.”
“We’ll never get another Dingo on this planet. A true rockstar without ever needing to make a song, the most loyal, loud, charismatic, funny, and annoying human I’ve ever had the honor of knowing,” he added.
The singer also mentioned Luke’s close relationship with his firstborn daughter Casie, writing, ‘I’ll never forget when she was too young to understand your name was Dingo so she called you Ping Pong.'
The 34-year-old rapper then added about his baby that is due soon, “I feel like your up there with my new child, dressed up in a hilarious costume making them laugh, getting ready to send them down. I couldn't ask for a more bittersweet birth blessing.”
Kelly concluded the post writing, “Life will always be less without you, but legends never die. We’ll all miss you brother.”
For the unversed, the controversial rapper and Megan had announced their break up in November of last year, with their relationship lasting four years. The news of the separation came two weeks after they had disclosed that the Jennifer’s Body actress was with child.
