Justin Bieber reveals personal struggles in Instagram post

Justin Bieber has again given his social media followers a glimpse into his personal struggles. 

Bieber openly spoke about the value of being true to himself and how he dislikes the way he feels when he alters himself in order to please people.

The 31-year-old Grammy winner posted a video of himself playing the keyboard and jamming with a group of musicians on Instagram on Saturday, March 22. He seemed full of energy and in a good mood.

In the caption of the post, he wrote, "I think I hate myself sometimes when I feel myself start to become inauthentic." He also added, "Then I remember we're all being made to think we're not enough, but I still hate when I change myself to please people."

That same day, the Stay singer shared another personal message on social media, expressing his desire to work on his anger issues.

Three pictures were included in the post: one of him with a sweatshirt partially covering his face, one of him as a child, and the final one of him with his child, Jack Blues.

Bieber's bravery has sparked a fresh wave of compassion and understanding among his followers, emphasising the value of self-acceptance and mental health awareness.
