Selena Gomez, Benny Blanco recall embarrassing experience with Taylor Swift

The newly engaged couple, Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco, have released their collaborative album I Said I Love You First.

The promotional campaign of the album has given the fans a glimpse into their lives.

In Spotify’s countdown to episode for their album, the appeared got candid and discussed about their love life and navigating it as celebrities.

Recalling their early relationship days, Benny Blanco asked his fiancée what was the first party they attended as a couple, to which Gomez replied it was Taylor Swift’s after party for an award show.

“I don’t know it was kind of cute, but i was mortified. Apparently cool people don’t show up to parties on time.” said the singer.

The couple went on to make fun of themselves for being punctual. “We’re the first people at every single party when I go with you. You show up like when my mother shows up to a party.” said the producer.

Gomez and Blanco shared the new of their engagement on Instagram to which Selena’s long-time friend Taylor Swift reacted to happily commenting “Yes I will be the flower girl.”
