Late rapper Tupac Shakur continues to be an influential figure in the world of hip-hop.
Tupac, born Lesane Parish Crooks, died in 1996 at the age of 25 but his posthumous catalogue has continued to expand over the years.
Memorabilia website, Moments in Time, is selling the lyrics and audio capsule of never-before-heard songs from the early days of Tupac’s career.
The website has included a few samples on the official page and is offering the rare memorabilia for $250,000.
However, the buyer cannot publicly redistribute the songs as Tupac’s estate retains the distribution rights.
The music is believed to have been produced from late 1990 to early 1991 when Tupac was recruited by a group called Jesse and the Kidz.
Tupac composed and recorded songs for an unreleased album for the band and even performed as a lead vocalist for three of the tracks.
Due to the unexpected death of one of the group members, the album never saw the light of day.
A total of six of Tupac’s albums have been released since his death including The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory in 1996.
All of the posthumous albums have been critically acclaimed and have been certified multi-platinum in the United States.
