Ryan Reynolds found someone special to spend quality time amid growing legal crisis in the wake of Blake Lively's case against Justin Baldoni.
As per photos obtained by Daily Mail, the Deadpool star was spotted with his mother, Tammy Reynolds, on February 11.
The 48-year-old met his mother for the first time after his wife filed a case against her It Ends with Us co-star.
Reynolds was clicked walking with his head tilted and one hand in pocket. He later appeared as a guest speaker in an event by Group Effort Initiative, dressed in the same attire.
The Green Lantern actor’s mother and Blake share a strong bond, as the American actress once mentioned about the importance of female friendships in her life. “From my mom, to my children, my mother-in-law- She’s the best.”
The 66-year-old has been very supportive of the couple. She has even made many red-carpet appearances.
While Reynold could lean on his mother, Baldoni lamented on a podcast how the case has taken a toll on his health and he couldn't give himself "time to heal."
“A lot of material success and a lot of emotional stress.” The segment was filmed last year in November, a month before the 41-year-old director faced legal allegations.
For context, Gossip Girl alum took a legal action against the American director for sexual harassment and allegedly starting a smear campaign against her. Justin Baldoni responded with a $400 million lawsuit for defamation by the couple.
