Katharine McPhee and David Fostner’s son, Rennie David Foster, wowed Charlie Puth with his remarkable drumming solo performance.
On Friday, January 5, the 74-year-old Canadian composer shared a video of his two-year-old son playing the drums like an expert.
Seated behind the red customised drum adorned with his moniker, the toddler was wearing black headphones and banged out the drums impressively.
The proud father penned the caption, "Drumming into the new year #still2yearsold."
Soon after the clip was posted, many celebrities rallied to the comments section to express their astonishment over the solo performance, including the Attention hitmaker.
Puth, 27, appears to be speechless over Renee’s rhythmic pounding as he wrote, “WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!."
45-year-old singer Tyrese Gibson credited the little drummer’s genes, "Yes yes yes!!!! It’s in the BLOOD!!!!!!"
Meanwhile, Taye Diggs seemed puzzled about how a toddler could play the drums like a pro, "WTF!!??!!??" he expressed.
Eric Stonestreet, Derek Hough, and Nicole Scherzinger also gushed over the little performer’s drumming rendition.
This is not the first time the power couple boasted their kid's skills over social media.
Previously in October, the 39-year-old singer and actress posted a video of her son playing on a drumset.
He was wearing noise-canceling headphones while jamming out barefoot and keeping the beat.
The Smash alum wrote in the caption, "POV: your 2 year old baby shows off his drumming skills" and went on to jokingly warn Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, saying, "Coming for ya @travisbarker."
The couple, who tied the knot in 2019 and welcomed their only son in 2021, never shy away to show off their offspring’s talent and often post videos of him playing the set.
