Amanda Bynes' parents BREAKS SILENCE on actress' psychiatric episode

Amanda Bynes’ parents are not looking to put the actress back in a conservatorship after her latest stint.

“Amanda’s parents are deeply concerned about their daughter's well-being and health after her latest ordeal -- but another conservatorship isn't on the table,” a source told TMZ, “at least for now.”

Earlier this week, TMZ reported that Bynes was placed in a psychiatric hold after she was spotted roaming around streets in Los Angeles “naked and alone.”

However, her family is marveling at the fact the Nickelodeon alum realized by herself that she was unwell and sought resolution by calling 911.

Bynes was previously under the conservatorship of her mother Lynn, after a series of disturbing events following the diagnosis of bipolar disorder and her struggle with substance abuse.

Amanda Bynes Canceled Anticipated Public Appearance Before Debacle:

According to reports, the She’s The Man star pulled out from the reunion with the rest of the All That cast at '90s Con on Saturday, citing an “unknown illness.”

She spoke to People only two months ago, where she expressed her excitement about the reunion. 

“I’m really excited to reunite with the cast mates and meet the fans,” she said at the time.
