Andrew Tate mocked by netizens for 'bald' statement

Online trolls are making fun of Andrew Tate for allegedly saying that becoming bald was his choice. When the controversial influencer was criticised for talking about his hair on Twitter, hundreds of users made fun of him.

"Can't believe he had the audacity to claim he's bald by choice," said a tweet which had garnered millions of views within a few hours.

In other news, a Romanian court dismissed Tate's petition against being detained.

After the court's decision, the contentious internet personality will remain in police detention until February 27.

Since December 29, Tate, his brother Tristan, and two Romanian female suspects have been held by the police pending the outcome of a criminal investigation into allegations of rape, human trafficking, and the formation of a group to commit crimes against women. They have refuted the charges.

On January 20, their imprisonment was prolonged till the end of the current month. Tate's appeal was denied by a Bucharest court on Wednesday, which affirmed the verdict. Romanian courts may grant requests from prosecutors to keep suspects in custody for an additional 180 days.

The four suspects have been charged under Romanian law, but the matter is still being investigated and has not yet been brought to trial.
