Sony has bad news, next month, hundreds of TV episodes and films purchased through Sony's Playstation Store will be taken down, rendering them unavailable to users.
The Studiocanal film suspension will have an impact on viewers in Germany and Austria, according to Variety.
It is not a coincidence that Sony stated on August 31, 2021, that it will no longer allow customers to buy movies and TV series through the Playstation Store. However, the business assured clients that they would still have access to any prior purchases of content at the time.
Playstation said on its website that Studioconal content would soon be removed, citing "evolving licensing agreements with content providers" as the cause.
It's unclear whether buyers who bought Studiocanal products via the store will get refunds.
