TikToker Malu Trevejo flips Fat Joe’s former mega house

Malu Trevejo is the proud owner of the 5,100-square-foot neo-Mediterranean house, which sits securely behind gates on an acre of palm tree-dotted grounds.

It was custom built in 2009 by five-time Grammy-nominated rapper Fat Joe, who unloaded the five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath neo-Mediterranean sprawler more than a decade ago for about $1.2 million.

Trevejo purchased much of the furniture in the house, including some dazzling Fendi-brand accouterment, as a teenager who had not yet amassed a houseful of stuff.

The home has a mother-of-pearl accent wall in the living room, smoked mirrors on one wall of the formal dining room, and designer appliances in the contemporary kitchen, according to listings maintained by Summer Sawaya and Chad Bishop, both of One Sotheby's International Realty.

Malu doesn't own just one million-dollar home that she'd like to sell. She paid $1.1 million for a five-bedroom contemporary home in an exclusive gated community in Doral, Fla., about 20 miles west of South Beach, about four months ago.
