Taylor Swift has sparked fresh wedding frenzy after reports claimed she may have already married Travis Kelce in a secret ceremony ahead of their highly anticipated celebrations this week.

The global pop superstar and the NFL ace are widely expected to celebrate their love over the US Independence Day weekend.

Reports are suggesting that they will host an intimate ceremony for close family and friends before throwing a spectacular reception in New York City.

However, new claims now suggest the couple may already be husband and wife.

Stevie Nicks is reportedly expected to perform, while country music favourite Tim McGraw is also said to be lined up to entertain guests.

Despite the growing buzz, wedding guests are reportedly still in the dark about the exact venue.

They have allegedly been told only to be in New York, with invitations issued by phone rather than by post in an effort to keep every detail under wraps.

Earlier reports claimed the Lover singer and the NFL star had hoped to marry at her Rhode Island home or the nearby Ocean House hotel.

However, those plans were reportedly abandoned after security teams concluded the locations would be too difficult to protect from crowds and media attention.

With speculation reaching fever pitch, fans are now eagerly waiting to discover whether the biggest celebrity wedding of the year has already happened in secret.
