Jay Z may face claims again after legal victory in Tony Buzbee feud: Report

Jay-Z had the court sided with him on his legal war with Tony Buzbee as all allegations against the businessman were dismissed.

The 56-year-old was accused by a Texas attorney Tony. According to the victims presented by him, the RocNation “improperly targeted” them during the Diddy fallout.

The case was dismissed after the judge ruled that the state does not have “personal jurisdiction over RocNation.”

This means there is a possibility the lawyer might file a case somewhere else, reviving the claims against Jay-Z again.

The lawyer and Jay-Z feud heated up after the former filed the case against the music mogul. It is to be noted that the claims involved sexual assault allegations against the businessman.

In the court documents, the plaintiffs claimed they were offered sums to “switch sides” and wage a legal war against the law firm.

Although Tony insisted that the rapper was guilty of heinous crime, his team presented evidence and debunked the allegations as false. They made a counter suit of $190 million.

Did Jay-Z sexually assault someone?

An alleged victim presented by Tony claimed she was raped at the age of 13 by Beyonce’s husband and his friend Sean “Diddy” Combs.

The case was voluntarily dismissed with prejudice which means the anonymous lady cannot bring the claims to court again.
