Olivia Wilde spills details on Harry Styles romance

Olivia Wilde reflected on her romance with Harry Styles and how much attention it generated publicly.

During her latest chat, the actress called her time with the One Direction alum a sweet and grounded experience.

On the Call Her Daddy podcast, the filmmaker revealed that the pair shared a private, affectionate bond that largely existed away from outside noise.

She said, “It’s wild ‘cause we had the loveliest relationship. Like so, so sweet and so beautiful and like really, actually very domestic and kind and lovely.”

She added, “I think that we existed in this little bubble and the judgement never really got into that bubble, which was a miracle and testament to us to making that happen"

The pair first met in 2021 while working on Don’t Worry Darling, later confirming a brief relationship that ended in 2022.

Their romance attracted widespread attention due to their age gap, with Wilde being 37 and Styles 27 at the time they began dating, sparking intense online discussion.

Moreover, she noted, “It really did upset people! It was crazy, I don’t know how much I understand it yet. That’s one of the factors that I never really felt I like fully…I don’t know, people were f–king pissed."
