Millie Bobby Brown supports husband amid hate for being 'careless'

Millie Bobby Brown has finally come forward and addressed something that has been disturbing her for a long time now.

Millie Bobby Brown is the mother of an adopted child with her husband, Jake Bongiovi.

Now, present at the Not Gonna Lie with Kylie Kelce podcast, she opened up about the situation and how it was not okay.

She stated, "Hi, I'm Millie Bobbie Brown and I'm not gonna lie, when did women become incapable of holding their own bags, car seats and stuff?"

The Stranger Things star wrote, "This stems from me holding all of my suitcases and bags and my kid and people are like, ‘Your husband doesn't hold a single thing.' And I'm like, 'Because I'm three miles ahead. I have been planning this all night,'"

This comes after the American model was slammed for not helping his wife out with the child or the baby bags as if it was none of his concern.

Millie pointed out how much women's empowerment matters these days, "We're all about empowering girls and, ‘You got it' and ‘You don't need a man,' But then when I'm like, ‘OK, I can carry my own things,' people are like, ‘Where's your husband?'"

She also added that her husband cares a lot about her and is a polite person, but he is also aware that she is capable of doing things on her own.

It is to be noted that the high-profile couple adopted a baby daughter in August 2025.
