Zac Efron, who is known for his role in High School Musical, has seemingly been exposed as he looks forward to the new house plan.

Environmental designer Joost Bakker recently confirmed that the 38-year-old actor’s house design has been approved.

However, Daily Mail confirmed that the Baywatch star is secretly residing in NSW coastal town of Byron Bay.

It was revealed by the outlet that the Hollywood star is living in the area to ensure he looks after the ongoing construction of his residence.

Zac has been working long on his Futurecave project which is in full-swing as it aims to have zero waste, off-grid property having six bedrooms.

Few weeks ago, the Iron Claw actor posed in the picture which was shared by Joost. The designer penned down in the caption: “Excited to get started on Zac’s house.”

The house is expected to cover 830sqm of the area and will cost him around $2.685 million.

Another photograph features Bakker who is standing next to construction site which is being trenched in regional New South Wales.

What is special about Zac Efron's futurecave?

To make it environment friendly, they are looking forward to replace “concrete with” hemp and oysters as the two are known for restoring soil and ocean respectively.
