Shia LaBeouf, who is known for his work in movies like Transformers and Indiana Jones, recently surprised his fans with an unexpected move.

The American actor made the headlines after it was revealed that he got into fight with three people.

According to the reports, it was disclosed that the 39-year-old actor started behaving "erratically" and "paranoid" in the bar, which caused the manager to force him out of the property and that made him lash out on the staff.

Now, the criminal case, which began on February 17th, abruptly ended after Shia himself pleaded guilty to the charge.

Justifying his "homophobic" slurs that he made during the fight, he stated, "I’ll be honest with you, big gay people are scary to me,"

He added, "When I’m, like, standing by myself and three gay dudes are next to me, touching my leg, I get scared,” he added. “I’m sorry. If that’s homophobic, then I’m that. Yeah."

The Fury star added, while committing to his crimes, “I am wrong for touching anyone. Ever. And that’s the end of my statement on this whole shit,"

It is to be noted that the incident took place amid the Mardi Gras celebrations.

For the unversed, the Young Artist Award nominee has been handed a six-month suspended sentence and two years of probation after three counts of simple battery.
