Paul Rudd, who has a "frenemy" bond with Nick Jonas, recently revealed how the singer "knocked" him out.

The American actor was present at the New York Special Screening and premiere of Power Ballad, which is his latest work with the crooner.

The event took place on Tuesday, May 19th as it was held at the Regal Times Square theater in New York City.

Talking about the acting of the member of the group, Jonas Brothers, he revealed to PEOPLE, "He did things that were kind of so subtle and really deft."

He added, praising the Sucker hit maker, "The stuff that was going on behind his eyes and, you know, he'd be going through his dilemmas, and he is not saying it but you can read his mind,"

The 57-year-old continued, "It's such good acting. I was just amazed at some of the stuff he's doing and when I saw the movie, I was like 'Oh My God'."

Paul also revealed that he was really surprised to see the scenes in which he was not there and they were just so "cool,"

"He just plays everything cool because he is cool. I try and be cool.."

The Ant-Man star also compared his charisma to the father of one and said that he is not as cool as him as he can try and stumble into cool twice a day only."

It is to be noted that the movie is set to have a nationwide wide release on June 5, 2026, and a limited theatrical launch on May 29th, 2026.
