Kanye West's ex makes shocking confession about Taylor Swift VMA

Kanye West's ex Amber Rose has revealed a surprising behind the scenes detail about the rapper's controversial 2009 MTV VMAs stage storming involving Taylor Swift.

The model appeared on the Ball in the Family Podcast and recalled the moments before the Radio City Music Hall incident, saying a last minute alcohol decision may have changed the night.

Speaking to podcast cohosts LiAngelo Ball Anthony Salazar and Darren Moore Rose reflected on how she encouraged Kanye to grab a bottle of Hennessy before the ceremony setting a very different tone for what was about to unfold.

She stated, "I'm like, 'Babe, you got that bottle of Hennessy upstairs, like, you a superstar. You need to get the Henny… We need to be, you know, just taking shots of Henny on the carpet. I'm hyping him up. He like, 'Yeah, yeah, let me go get the Henny.'"

Meanwhile, moments later during the ceremony Swift was announced winner of Best Female Video when Kanye stormed the stage and took the microphone from the then 19-year-old singer to deliver his now iconic remarks about Beyoncé.

However, during the chat, Rose also admitted she was completely blindsided by what unfolded in real time having had no idea what her then partner was about to do.
