Jake Paul strange response to Olivia Rodrigo's ‘SNL' monologue sparks buzz

Olivia Rodrigo, who recently headlined Saturday Night Live, recalled her Disney era with Jake Paul, and received a response from him.

The singer gushed that she worked with the “acting legend” for the series, Bizaardvark, as she mocked him.

Now, turning to X, the boxer replied to the Drop Dead crooner with a cryptic message that has the netizens confused.

Recalling the old times, Jake wrote, “We had the vision, i told you that you would sell stadiums out and then we both did,”

He added, “proud of you fr.”

The online community bombarded the YouTuber, questioning his understanding regarding the mockery.

One penned, “I think he didn't get that she laughed at him and not with him,”

Replying to the fan, the former actor replied, “I got that she was making a joke at my expense. So what. She’s on SNL and that’s what they are supposed to do. Doesn’t change my admiration of her and her success,”

Notably, the re-post has garnered over 6.3 million views on X, formerly known as Twitter.

One fan praised the 29-year-old and stated, “Good job taking the high road shit was unfunny,”

It is to be noted that the duo started working together when Olivia was only 13-year-old and Jake was 19-year-old.
