Scrubs stars Zach Braff and Sarah Chalke are revisiting their time on the beloved sitcom, revealing the memorable props they managed to take home after filming wrapped.
Speaking during a recent panel appearance, the actors reflected on their years working on the long-running medical comedy, which originally aired from 2001 to 2010 before returning with a revival in 2026.
According to People, Braff, who played Dr. J.D., shared that he still owns a quirky prop from the show’s early days: foam antlers used in a fantasy sequence from the pilot episode.
The actor joked that he has held onto the unusual keepsake for more than two decades, calling it one of his favorite reminders of the series.
Moreover, Chalke, who portrayed Dr. Elliot Reid, revealed she had her sights set on a more iconic piece of Scrubs history, Rowdy, the taxidermied golden retriever featured throughout the show.
However, she admitted the prop was “under lock and key,” making it impossible to take. Instead, she kept her character’s medical scrubs as a personal memento.
The nostalgic reflections come as the cast reunites for the show’s revival, bringing original stars back alongside a new generation of actors.
