Blake Lively has opened up about the greatest regret of her life.

The 38-year-old actress admitted that she might be regretting teaching her children how to “read a calendar” after falling victim to a cheeky April Fool’s Day prank.

Blake, who shares four children with husband Ryan Reynolds, daughters James, 11, Inez, nine, Betty, six, and three-year-old son Olin, was left red-faced on Wednesday when she headed to the bathroom, only to find it wrapped in plastic and decorated in red by her mischievous brood.

It Ends with Us star took to Instagram to share the hilarious snap, joking in the caption: “I knew I never should’ve taught them how to read a calendar.”

Fans were quick to respond with laughing emojis, praising the kids’ creativity.

It’s not the first time the Reynolds-Lively household has made headlines for parenting choices.

The 49-year-old actor previously revealed that James had watched his Deadpool and Wolverine films at the age of nine, admitting she was “sort of OK” with the adult content.

Speaking to People, Ryan said: “My nine-year-old saw the movie, and she’s sort of okay! (But she) loved it.”

He added, however, that he was “not telling other parents to do that.”

The Proposal actor has often credited his own childhood viewing of R-rated movies for shaping his creative instincts.

Discussing the R-rating for Deadpool and Wolverine, Ryan stressed it was about staying true to the characters.
