Selena Gomez announces joining 'Heated Rivalry' fandom

Selena Gomez started out as an actor in Barney & Friends before rising to fame with her role in Wizards of Waverly Place.

The 33-year-old singer has always shown appreciation for movies, series and other projects.

During a candid interview, the People You Know hitmaker was asked some of the most anticipated questions.

As the interviewer asked her what is she currently watching on TV, the Disney star responded with Heated Rivalry.

The musician shared an update, “I just finished” watching the series. She added: “I know I am late to the party,” referring to the popularity of the show.

The online community went wild as they got to know their favourite series earned the approval of the pop icon, who is seemingly part of the fandom.

One of the X users gushed that it is a “HUGE NEWS” for them while another netizen called her “QUEEN” for streaming the drama which features Connor Storrie and Hudson Williams in the lead.

Elsewhere in the same interview, the songstress gushed about listening to RAYE, Cardi B, Ariana Grande, Sabrina Carpenter and Missy Elliot.
