Brooks Nader drops bombshell over past beauty procedures

Brooks Nader has made a candid confession about her past cosmetic choices, and she’s not holding back.

The 29-year-old stunner has revealed she deeply regrets undergoing liposuction in her younger years, admitting the decision left her with lasting insecurities rather than the confidence she had hoped for. 

Speaking openly, Brooks confessed the procedure resulted in “dimples and ripples and things” on her body, a far cry from the flawless finish she had imagined.

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue favourite admitted she was chasing a quick fix at the time, but now believes she simply “didn’t need it”. 

In a refreshingly honest moment, the model beauty urged others to focus less on cosmetic shortcuts and more on overall health and self-acceptance.

Brooks’ revelations don’t stop there. 

Backtrace actress also looked back on her teenage years, when she moved to New York City and found herself swept up in a culture obsessed with perfection. 

She dived headfirst into cosmetic treatments, opting for cheek, jaw and lip fillers in a bid to fit in.

“It felt like what everyone was doing,” she admitted, describing the intense pressure of stepping into the glamorous but demanding world of modelling.

Now, however, Brooks is embracing a more natural look and loving it. 

While she hasn’t ruled out future tweaks entirely, she says she’s enjoying “looking like my old self again” and feels happier in her own skin than ever before.
