The fitness community is lamenting the loss of the young adolescent fitness enthusiast.
Stephanie Buttermore, fitness influencer, cancer researcher and fiancée of bodybuilder Jeff Nippard died on Friday, March 6.
Nippard announced in the heart-breaking Instagram statement on his team regarding the death of 36-year-old, however, the cause of death was not disclosed.
Jeff had lost the woman of ten years, the post was written with deep sadness. He marked an ode to her amazing legacy.
"She will be remembered for her warmth and compassion, her love for her family, and her PhD research on ovarian cancer."
Buttermore was a doctorate-level pathology and cell biology graduate, who spent the majority of her academic time researching the molecular pathways of ovarian cancer progression.
She had a following of more than 525,000 people on Instagram and a YouTube subscriber base of one million.
She produced content that focused on women and their health, body positivity and intuitive eating.
In May 2024, she retired from influencing due to her anxiety which she said was crippling. She noted that rest had made her mental health better.
The death occurred only a few days after her birthday of February 25. During the Valentine's day , Nippard posted a smiling photo of the couple and penned, "Relationshipmaxxing with tea time to lower cortisol levels."
The couple announced their engagement after getting acquainted at the time when Nippard slid into her DMs in October 2022.
