Chris Brown faces fresh custody fight with ex Diamond Brown

Chris Brown is reportedly back in a custody fight over his 4-year-old daughter, Lovely Symphani Brown, after Diamond Brown allegedly submitted updated legal filings in Los Angeles.

Based on the court documents cited by the publisher, the mother of his daughter has requested sole custody of the child and proposed that the R&B star be granted visitation only.

As per TMZ, the Loyal hitmaker has since filed a response seeking joint legal and physical custody.

Moreover, he is also reportedly asking the court that both parties bear their own legal costs, pushing back against Diamond’s request for him to cover her attorney fees.

The filing comes amid rising public tension between the former couple, with Diamond recently making social media claims suggesting interference in her personal relationship, adding further fuel to the dispute.

The case unfolds during a notable period in Brown’s personal life, as he recently welcomed a baby boy with Wallace.

The singer is also father to Royalty Brown and Aeko Catori Brown from previous relationships.
