Queen Latifah took to the internet to give a candid update on her health after rumours of her struggling with blood cancer began circulating on the internet.
The singer had allegedly been dealing with bad health, as AI-generated image of her were re-shared, with some social media users even speculating that she had passed away.
It seems like that the hip hop icon caught wind of the chatter which made her hop on her own Instagram to inform fans how she was doing.
"Good morning! It's me, Latifah I'm 100% a-ok,” the rapper, whose real name is Dana Owens stated in the video.
"Can't believe what you read on the internet or see. Can't believe nothin' now, right? I'm good. Peace," she added smiling as she donned an olive green hoodie and signed off after making a peace sign and blowing kisses at the camera.
Queen Latifah opeed up about navigating menopause in September of last year, but has not been vocal about any other serious health issues as of yet.
On the work front, the Taxi actress had dipped out as Robyn McCall in The Equalizer after five seasons in May of 2025.
