Nicola Peltz calls Brooklyn’s birthday ‘so special’ as Beckham family rift continues

Nicola Peltz Beckham has shared a glimpse into the “special” birthday celebrations she organised for husband Brooklyn Beckham, while his bitter feud with the famous Beckham clan continues to rumble on.

The 31-year-old actress took to Instagram on Thursday to post a series of loved-up snaps from the intimate party she hosted for Brooklyn’s 27th birthday the night before.

Among the cosy photos were pictures of the couple kissing, posing arm-in-arm and smiling with friends Anthony Barillo and Alessandro Morelli.

The Lola actress also shared a sweet selfie with the group as they celebrated together.

Alongside the images, the star gushed: “Last night was so special, thank you to everyone who came and made it so perfect. We all love you so much Brooklyn!”

The 26-year-old aspiring chef was quick to respond in the comments, writing affectionately: “My sexy little pepper xx.”

Earlier on his actual birthday, Nicola had also posted a video showing the former model blowing out candles on a stack of birthday doughnuts. 

In a heartfelt message, she praised her husband as “the most special human” and said she loved being his wife.

But while Nicola’s public tribute appeared to delight Brooklyn, insiders claim he was less thrilled when his famous parents, David Beckham and Victoria Beckham who also shared birthday messages online.

David posted two childhood snaps of Brooklyn and wrote: “27 today. Happy Birthday Bust. We love you x.” 

Victoria followed with her own tribute, saying: “Happy birthday Brooklyn, we love you so much.”

However, a source claimed Brooklyn and Nicola were “disheartened” by the posts, saying they felt such public displays were exactly the “performative” gestures he had been trying to move away from.
