Cruz Beckham had fans giggling as he shared a cheeky tribute to his mum Victoria and the Spice Girls ahead of his band’s first headline show in Birmingham on Wednesday.
The 21-year-old singer gave a behind-the-scenes look at preparations with his band, Cruz Beckham and The Breakers.
He revealed a playful homage in the form of Spice Girls-inspired nicknames on their IEM systems.
Monikers like Smokey Spice, Stoney Spice, Coffee Spice and Hairy Spice had the band laughing and fans swooning over Cruz’s sense of humour.
In an Instagram Story, he showed off his rockstar style, posing in a leather jacket alongside two mates sporting ‘Crews Beckham’ T-shirts.
He also donned a baseball cap emblazoned with the band’s name, teasing fans: “See you soon Birmingham.”
Proud girlfriend Jackie Apostel, 30, was also on hand, showing off tour merch including a hoodie featuring all of Cruz’s upcoming dates.
For the unversed, the couple, first spotted at Glastonbury in 2024, have clearly been keeping busy with tour prep.
Earlier this month, Cruz dropped the music video for his new single For Your Love, a Stone Roses-inspired clip packed with family nods.
Brother Romeo gets a shoutout, his dad David’s favourite pie and mash restaurant makes an appearance, and grandad Tony even pops up on an old-fashioned TV introducing the band for their “first TV performance” of the song.
Fans will spot another laugh-out-loud moment when a music exec mistakenly calls Cruz “Romeo,” keeping the family-friendly humour alive.
For Your Love follows Cruz’s debut singles Optics and Lick The Toad, marking the start of a promising music career.
