Bad Bunny brought heart, heat and high drama to the Super Bowl half-time stage on Sunday night.

The 31-year-old Puerto Rican superstar, who headlined the NFL showpiece at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, delivered an emotional tribute to his late uncle while pulling off death-defying stunts without a safety harness.

He stepped out in a cream Zara co-ord featuring wide-legged trousers and a bold, shoulder-padded top emblazoned with “Ocasio” and the number 64.

The number held deep meaning, a nod to his beloved uncle Cutito, born in 1964, who introduced him to the NFL and inspired his love of the San Francisco 49ers.

“I always dreamed of taking my uncle to a Super Bowl,” Benito, real name Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio said.

“He left unexpectedly… so I decided to have him on my shirt. I’m sure he saw it. He felt proud of his nephew.”

But the touching tribute wasn’t the only headline-making moment.

Producers revealed the MONACO hitmaker flatly refused to wear a harness while climbing a towering utility pole during the show.

“He was like, ‘I don’t need it,’” director Hamish Hamilton admitted.

Creative director Harriet Cuddeford added: “He does his own stunts — and learned it in about three minutes!”

Bad Bunny powered through hits including Tití Me Preguntó and BAILE INOLVIDABLE, joined by Lady Gaga, Ricky Martin and surprise celebrity cameos.

Afterwards, Gaga gushed: “It was my absolute honour.”
