Sylvester Stallone’s latest gym clip sends fans into frenzy

Sylvester Stallone continues to amaze fans with his commitment to gym as he is about to enter his eighties. 

On January 18, the Rocky star took to his official Instagram and shared a candid glimpse intside his Palm Beach mansion gym.

The 79-year-old actor showcased his tattooed arms while working out in the $35.3 million worth house private fitness space.

In the clip, he confessed that over the years maintaining his physique has become more challenging.

He penned in the caption, “Every year it gets harder and harder, but that’s why you gotta push harder and harder. Blood, sweat and tears."

Stallone went on to describe his gym as both a ‘sanctuary’ and a ‘church’ stating that it’s where he continues to push himself to improve.

“You feel better physically, so you have the strength to arrive at your goals feeling confident and ready to face any challenge,” he explained in the mirrored footage.

He added with a grin, “You want to keep punching. See you soon.”

The three-time Oscar nominee, who turns 80 in July 2026 has long been credited for his relentless training regimen in Hollywood.

One social media user posted a bicep emoji and wrote, “This man is nearly 80. What an inspiration,” another chimed in, “Dude is 80! Insane.”

A netizen added, “[Immortal] Sly THE BOSS!”
