Finn Wolfhard fans scared of 'SNL' debut with ASAP Rocky

Finn Wolfhard, known for his role in Stranger Things series, is all set to appear with ASAP Rocky after wrapping up the show.

The two stars paired up to host the new Saturday Night Live episode which will be premiering on January 17.

However, the online community shared their opinion on the idea of Finn hosting with one X user noting: “25 years old and afraid” of the actor hosting.

Another was of the opinion that the Hollywood star’s debut on the show is expected to bring “nothing good” as he might poke fun at the Duffer Brothers.

They also speculate that Finn will compare “Byler” and Milleven fandoms and might say something about Stranger Things that lands him in a controversy.

While the It star wrapped up the finale of Netflix original, the Sundress hitmaker released his new studio album that was delayed due to music leaks and other issues.

The musician went full punk for the new studio record as fans appreciated the “fire” songs that were dropped on January 16, 2026.

Apart from the young actor’s appearance on the show, he and the rapper were labelled a "strange" duo by their fans as they belong to different parts of entertainment industry.

How was Finn Wolfhard introduced at SNL episode?

In the teaser video, Finn was asked about the origin of his name to which he joked that his mother “loves dolphin” and his dad “loves wolves.”

Another clip captured the father-of-three teaching the 23-year-old a charismatic way to introduce himself as “handsome.”
