Beyoncé has never been inspired by money according to her father, Mathew Knowles.

In the end of 2025 Forbes declared the 44 years old singer's net worth as the 5th billionaire musician.

In an interview with the Page Six newspaper on Sunday, January 11, Knowles claimed that the Diva crooner has never cared about money and concentrated on quality of her work.

“I’ve never heard Beyoncé ever talk about money … it’s always been, ‘How can I make my fans happy? How can I be the best at what I’m doing?’"

The 74-year-old further added, “Her money came with the success, but that has never been a goal of hers. And I love that about her, That’s just not Beyoncé. That’s not who she is.”

While praising his daughter as a part of Forbes rich list at the conclusion of 2025, Knowles stated that her priorities will also be focused on the fans and community impact.

He continued, “She’s motivated by being the very best. She’s motivated by making her fans happy and … giving back to the community as well.”

The global influence of the icon manifested in her success as a tourist. Her 2023 Renaissance World Tour earned almost 600 million dollars and her 2025 Cowboy Carter Tour earned over 407 million dollars.

The singer has already expressed the same, telling GQ in 2024, “My job is to give until it is the best it can possibly be.”

Beyoncé started Parkwood Entertainment to handle her career and creative work in 2010.
