Nikki Glaser makes ‘cheap’ joke about Leonardo DiCaprio at Golden Globes

Nikki Glaser has delivered her Golden Globes monologue, and much like last year, it is full of clever jabs at the biggest Hollywood stars at the time.

The comedian took the stage to poke fun at all the nominees, including the One Battle After Another star Leonardo DiCaprio.

As the host turned her attention to the Academy Award winner, she said, “What a career you have had. Countless iconic performances. You’ve worked with every great director, you’ve won three Golden Globes and an Oscar.”

“The most impressive thing is that you were able to accomplish that all before your girlfriend turned 30,” Nikki quipped.

She added, ““Leo, I’m sorry I made that joke. It is cheap. I tried not to, but, like, we don’t know anything else about you, man. There’s nothing else. Open up! I’m serious!”

Nikki went on to reveal that the most Leonardo has ever revealed about himself was in 1991 when he said that his favourite food was pasta.

The comedian also targeted the Marty Supreme actor Timothée Chalamet, who is nominated in the same category as the Titanic actor, noting that he put on muscle and 60 ounces for the role.
