Nick Jonas, who is about to release an album very soon, has just published ringing self-love.
On 31 December, the American singer-songwriter and actor performed the lead single, Gut Punch, for his fifth solo studio album.
The track was sung by the artist live on New Year’s Eve on the final show of the Greetings From Your Hometown Tour with brothers Kevin and Joe Jonas.
The 33-year-old received an immediate reaction as fans were singing alongside the artist after only one go.
The theme of the lead track from the forthcoming album Sunday Best was completely relatable.
Additionally, fans who heard it during the show shared small clips for the netizens and were waiting, as the song had to be released at midnight.
Few fans also marked the song as a “bop” or “another banger” for its raw, slow-driven sound with lyrics that explored how a person can lose oneself through people-pleasing.
The online users resorted to the comment section when the official video of the Miami live performance was released.
One penned, “This was amazing live! So glad they added it here so we can all loop it!”
Another wrote, “I will be playing this song 24/7 this year!! That song hit me harder than anything I’ve ever listened to!”
“THIS BETTER MAKE IT ON THE BILLBOARDS!!!” One user concluded with.
Sunday Best is the fifth studio album by Nick Jonas that will be released on February 6, 2026.
