Kim Kardashian brings old Hollywood glam at family Christmas eve bash

Kim Kardashian proved once again that even global style icons have surprisingly relatable moments including a last-minute trip to Claire’s.

The 45-year-old SKIMS mogul has sent fans into a spin after revealing she recently re-pierced her ears at the high-street favourite while holidaying in Hawaii. 

In a TikTok shared on December 26, Kim walked followers through her glam prep for the Kardashian-Jenner family’s lavish Christmas Eve bash and dropped the unexpected confession along the way.

“I got my ears pierced at Claire’s,” she admitted casually, showing off her tiny studs.

“Honestly, all I want to wear now are my Claire’s earrings.” 

She explained that she’d spent years struggling to wear jewellery because her piercings kept closing up, finally deciding to make life easier and get them done again.

Kim also swapped her studs for borrowed Lorraine Schwartz diamond drop earrings and bangles, joking that “every once in a while, a girl’s gotta step it up.” 

Catching sight of herself in the mirror, she laughed, “O.M.G. Santa!”

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star completed her look in a show-stopping archival Mugler gown from 1986, featuring a sculpted silhouette and dramatic sparkle. 

Her glam was classic Kim due to her smoky eyes, rosy cheeks and a sleek ponytail.

Notably, her sisters also brought the fashion heat. 

Kylie stunned in vintage Galliano, Khloé sparkled in winter white, Kourtney went festive in forest green, and Kendall dazzled in red sequins.
